I am a MSc student in the Institute for Numerical and Applied Mathematics at the University of Gottingen. My thesis is based on Model Order Reduction of incompressible Navier Stokes Equations. For the faster computationof POD modes, a sophisticated hierarchical POD method known as HAPOD is implemented. The snapshotsare collected from the H(div)-HDG discretization of unsteady Navier StokesEquations. A novel idea based on H(div) space decomposition is implemented to compute reduced velocity and reduced pressure.
